These specs must match exactly, or system will reject.
Resolution: 11648x168, 72dpi
Files can be static or animated:
Static: JPG, PNG
Animated: AVI, uncompressed 24-bit RGB, 30 fps, NO AUDIO. Avoid using any type of export codec.
No white OR light grey/off-white or other light colored backgrounds. The LEDs are very bright and can be blinding at night.
This will also cause your graphic to not be legible on camera when stadium or broadcast stations take live shots.
File naming scheme: Please keep as short as possible: Ex: Company_Screen_Date.png
Length: If animated is going in marketing/sponsor loop, limit to 7 seconds.
IF YOU ARE DESIGNING ON A MAC
Send MP4 instead of AVI, and please allow extra time for conversion.
