4x 65" TVs
A different source (or duplicate sources) may be displayed on each screen:
  • 1x HDMI (or HD/SDI) connection to screens for Powerpoint / external source available w/ audio (please let us know in advance if your presentation has audio)
  • 4x Media player sources available (still or video slideshow w/o audio, not to exceed 5gb)
  • 24x satellite TV sources w/ audio
  • 6x cable TV sources w/ audio
 
1x 75" TV in Conference Room (Founders Room) - This TV is stand-alone and is not a part of the main system.  It has a HDMI input at the conference table, or can be casted to.
 
Slideshow/PPT Formats:
DO NOT DESIGN YOUR PRESENTATION / GRAPHICS WITH A WHITE OR CLOSE TO WHITE BACKGROUND
Please communicate with your sales rep if you are providing a looping slideshow, or a click-through PPT presentation.
Stills:  1920x1080, 72dpi, jpg or png
Video/Animation: 1920x1080 60p, mp4, max file size 2gb
Slideshow:  We can accept this in PPT format (please note any special transitions may be lost), or separate 1920x1080 jpg or png files
Powerpoint: Slide size (if not using template below) - 20 in x 11.25 in (Do not use the px function, it will not size correctly)
Please keep text & other impt information away from the edges.
